Client: J Skin Design Studio

Context: I was approached by J Skin Design Studio looking for a solution to an overload of client inquiries before and after facial services. J Skin Design Studio is a small business that does not currently have enough staff or time to respond to all client questions. I did an analysis and study to determine how client inquiries pre- and post-facial services could be reduced. What I found is that most clients do not know or forget the recommended pre- and post-facial skincare guidance. As a result, they are overloading spa employees with inquiries about skincare. Clients also want to ensure they maximize the results of their spa service by following the correct skincare guidelines. This means there is a knowledge gap in the clientele base about proper skincare protocol in the week leading up to and following a facial treatment at J Skin Design Studio.

Challenges: The challenge is to educate clients on how to care for their skin before and after a facial service.
